Problem on BlackArmor NAS 400 "XML error: no object found wixnas!"

Hi,

My NAS BlackArmor 400 now display the message when access via web interface: "XML error: no object found wixnas!"

No share is accessible.
Already made a soft reset, but the error persists.

Do not know if it has something to do, but that it happened after I try to configure a USB drive for backup. I selected '/' as the backup target, believing it was the root of the USB drive. It's hard to believe, but it seems that the '/ ' i selected, it was thebrootfs of BlackArmor, is this possible?

Does anyone have any idea how to recover from this problem?

Seagate will replace the unit, there is no repair can be executed by the user
