Hi, after running the utility (USB device viewer) mentioned on one of the thread in this forum I am getting this message

Please advice what to do!
I tried to disconnect, uninstall using device manager, then reconnect. But didnt work.
On device manager I am getting :
This device is disabled because the firmware of the device did not give it the required resources. (Code 29)
