OneTouch4 recently quick completing the backup. I have tried all manners of troubleshooting available & uninstalled the software & reinstalled. Nothing is working! Please help!
When I click on "backup now" in the Maxtor Manager, it shows it is completing the backup. It runs through all the "My Documents" files that are selected to be backed up. Once it completes the backup it shows 0 Files Saved. 0 Files backed up. So I clik on the "Backup Log" and it shows that the Files are all skipped & says "file not supported"
Any ideas?
I have already run through everythign in the Maxtor Manager, it is told to backup all file types (I mostly have images that need backed up).
