Expansion Drive portable hard drive

I've just brought this drive and when I go to drag and drop it won't allow me to save images etc on the drive, even though both my PC and Mac recognise the drive straight away. Anyone have a clue what to do?

Actually, Cantbecanit, that software isn't supported with the Expansion drives, and Seagate Support won't send it out for them either.  :-)  Good thinking though.
