blackarmor ws 110 - I have Windows 7 but bought ws 110 - are they compatible?

Newbie with Windows 7.  WS 110 box says "compatible with OS Vista" but salesman said OK wth Windows 7. I have 110 hooked up but get "logon failure" in "tasks and events log".  Am I dreaming that my new HP desktop with Win7 will work with 110?  Thanks
