I recently made a new purchase of a BlackArmor WS 110 (1TB) hard drive since my old FreeAgent Pro died on me after 5 years of usage right out of warranty. I started to become a bit paranoid that maybe my subwoofer might have contributed to the death of my FreeAgent Pro. I have a Klipsch Promedia Ultra 5.1 setup and the subwoofer is placed on the floor underneath my desk and my FreeAgent was placed on top of the desk and almost directly above the subwoofer. When I watch movies, play games, or listen to music I do feel the bass from the subwoofer slighty vibrate the desk but it doesn't rattle anything on the desk. How much vibration can these external hard drive take? Should I relocate the hard hard drive? My BlackArmor external hard drive has now taken the same spot as my FreeAgent. Thanks.
