For some reason, my GoFlex hard drive is not being detected by my macbook. It's worked previously on my macbook. The lights are working, the drive is spinning, and the light are not blinking, yet it won't show up on my desktop or in disk utility. I've looked all through the support and have tried all the troubleshooting tips, but nothing is working. The only thing different that I've done, is actually register the drive. Bought it about a month ago, and realized that I didn't register it, so I did and now... nothing. What do I do?!

If you have tried all the troubleshooting tips such as those on the Troubleshooting page, then you should replace it.
