HELP USING GOFLEX PRO ON MAC AT SCHOOL WITHOUT INSTALLING DRIVER!

I could really use someone's help.

I am trying to use this device at school to save projects made with Final Cut Pro.

They use Macs. Don't know what OS, but probably fairly new.

When I try to use it, it wants to download a driver or something.

I can't download anything to the computers at school!

The computer asks for an admin name and password and they are not about to give us that info.

I emailed alledged tech support, and they were absolutely useless.  Surprise.

I'm not very tech savvy, but I'm reading something about reformatting the hard drive.

Would that work?

I don't really care about using it on a PC at this point.  I don't want to back up my computer onto this hard drive.

I just want to save my school work.

Or should i just send it back for a "real" hard drive?

I appreciate any advise anyone can give me.

Thank you.

Can you post your Product Number [P/N] here, or PM me your serial number?
