GoFlex Desk -used on Mac 1st -PC can't see it

This is the basic issue. I have a client who sent me a goflex hard drive (I own a few myself) and she owns a Mac. There's about 500 gigs of info on the drive however, when I plug it into my PC, the drive does not pop up. When I installed the seagate software, it shows the drive as 'unknown' and it also shows the drive as having nothing on it. Is there not a driver I can download to beable to view this information?

Can you let me know what the part number of the drive is? That way I can give you specific information to see if we can get it detected by your PC.
