What means this error code

The computer detect hard (2F040L0 Fireball 40G), but when loading windows this take a long time (about 20 min), and when I connect this hard to another computer, detected but  after about 20 min when windows starting any drive not shown.

I test it and this error code appeared: "0ffffffbb1100000".

Please help me and tell what it means.

Hello,

 

That may be a failing drive. What program are you using to test the drive with?

Hello

I test with "Maxtor Powermax" in "Hiren boot CD".

I try to "Low level format" it but for error code not done.
