It would seem that GF TV cannot do a media sync from a GF Home, or create movie thumbnails even though both devices are networked, is that correct?
So this means I have to navigate through the lousy menu and submit a username and password when I logon to the 'GoFlex Home Public' folder where my movies are stored EVERY TIME.
Also, when I logon to the GF Home from GF TV, and do a Network browse to find the movies, the default logon is realtek_guest with a hidden password.
Is this password really 'Realtek_pws', because that cannot be accepted as a username/password combination by the GF Home (password requires at least one digit).
If all my assumptions are correct, how do they expect anyone to take up the GoFlex range, if the devices don't work together?
Lastly, why can't we purchase the Seagate wireless NIC for the GoFlex TV in Australia, or at least be supplied with a third party product. Surely they make plenty of money from aftermarket sales this way.
