Hello,
I may not understand your questions completely but I will try to respond.
If you are at a PC that has Mira software installed but was used with a different Mirra you can try the following to attempt to Discover the new Mirra.
Open the Mirra software.
Use the keys Ctrl, Shift and R. This tells the Mirra client to look for a new Mirra on the network.
Wait a few moments.
It should Discover the new Mirra then prompt you to put in the License Key.
You will still need to select folders for backup again.
Normally, the software should be cleanly removed from a PC and reinstalled clean to use with a new Mirra. Here are the instructions just in case.
Go to this website.
Click the link Mirra Support Tools Download.
Click Remove all traces of the Mirra software.
Follow these instructions for a clean uninstall of the Mirra software then reboot the pc.
Use Add and Remove Programs to uninstall Mirra software.
Skip to step 3 on the web page and click the link "Download a script that edits the Registry for you."
Download the file to the Desktop and run the file then restart the computer.
Now install the Mirra 2.2 software.
Regards,
