connect to network storage, yes and no?

Had to replace my router.

We have two laptops. 1 can access the network storage drive jusf fine.

The other 'cannot find' the device.

 

any help?

Which network drive do you have? Which operating system is installed on the computer that can't detect the device? Have you tried adjusting your firewall and antivirus settings on that machine?

Which network drive do you have?

Maxtor Central Access -

Both laptops have windows 7

 

Have you tried adjusting your firewall and antivirus settings on that machine?

No. I would not know how to do that.

 

 

The only change is I replaced a router. 

 

Now, please help.
