Can't view external drive troubleshooting page

The main support forum page on Seagate external drives links to http://seagate.custkb.com/seagate/crm/selfservice/search.jsp?DocId=213055&NewLang=en&Hilite= but that page apparently contains Flash content. Although my flash player is working (v. 11) in other sites , the page appears empty on this forum (both in Chrome and in IE 9). Right clicking just shows "Movie not loaded..."

and About Adobe Flash Player 11.xxxxxx. Does the page refer to missing content, or some other problem?

We tried recreating the issue, but weren't able to.

It would be good to try removing and reinstalling the Flash plugin to see if this remedies it.

To do this, please access "Add/Remove Programs" to uninstall the plugin, then redownload Flash.

Let me know how this works out for you.

solved but...

Reinstalling the Flash Player for Chrome worked.... but <soapbox> I really question the need for Flash content on basic help/knowledge base articles. It adds a level of complexity that far, far outweighs the benefit.</soapbox>
