Feedback on main Seagate website

Hi, I've noticed a few minor issues on the main Seagate website:

  1. There's no 'site feedback' link or form, as far as I can tell. Maybe one could be added? :smileyhappy:
  2. If you go to any of the Drive pages and click on Accessories, the text gets cut off by the 'Configure & Buy' dropdown. This happens in both FireFox and Chrome.
  3. I can't locate an easy way to get more information about the Seagate Cloud Storage service; Services & Software > Cloud Backup Services gets me to eVault, which seems to be targetted at businesses. And Solutions > Cloud Technology is mostly marketing stuff.
  4. On the Backup Plus page under Accessories, they mention a couple of GoFlex accessories :smileyhappy:

Cheers

Yes, thank you!

1) I have asked Seagate staff who would know about that. Something in my mind is telling me that we are currently in between site feedback tools and that the installation of a new tool is in development. Thanks!

There's always this forum board, or webmaster at seagate dot com.

2) I have entered a ticket to have this looked at.

3) That may be intentional. I have asked about that too.

4) Yes, that's because they are compatible and so offer a wider range of capabilities for the customer. Good catch, though.

Thank you very much. Your help is appreciated. It is gracious of you to point out errors so we may correct them.
