We´ve installed a new NAS 420 with Firmware 4000.0581 for one of our customers. Now there is a problem with permissions from Active Directory of the SBS 2003 SP2. We can set permissions for AD-Groups or AD-Users but if we are starting the Backuptask of the SBS2003 for what the NAS was bought it failes with "media not found". But at this time the media is accessable via UNC-Path without any problems. We have changed the share permissions from Active Directory to Public Folder and it works, but now everybody in the network is able to see or to copy the backupfiles. Perhaps the NAS has got a problem with out German SBS 2003, because the German AD-Group "Domänen-Admins" appears as "domdnen-admins" on the NAS. But we have created a new Group "Backup" with "Domänen-Admins" and "Administrator" as members without improvement. Any idea? Thanks.
