Backup Plus or Backup Minus

I just purshased and installed a 1TB Backup Plus(?) drive.  After listening to the video instructions, I went ahead and initiated a FULL backup.  I found that after the first back it only backed up the basic C drive and only 7.5GB of 125GB.  I then manually initiated a back telling it to pickup my Pictures, Music, Program Files.  It only picked up Pictures and Music.  It refuses to backup my Program Files, Program Files(x86) and Windows directories.  I am getting no errors and the logs say completed.

 

What is the issue here?

Hello,

 

Thanks for letting me know what's going on with your drive.

So, this backup software is actually not designed to backup Program Files or anything like that. It is a data backup, nothing more. 

 

If you want a full image backup of your drive, use DiscWizard. It's free and it works great - I've used it numerous times myself and been quite pleased with it.
