the only installer on it is Dashboard, nothing in support download section either

where can user download it?

What about the one for Backup plus Desktop? I can't find any .DMG file in the Hard drive folder? 

Can you provide me the download link? and is that the full ver. of paragon? or just the trail?

You can use that version. It is the version for both drives.
