Dashboard 2.0

I'm trying to load the Seagate Dashboard 2.0 for a new external hard drive but it won't load and notes a missing file AdvCntr6.dll.  Where can I find such a file?

That file should be included in the installer from our website, so please uninstall and delete what you had, then download the new installer and try again.
