Seagate Backup Plus 3.0 Not Backing Up Flickr

Using the option to save pictures from social networks, everything worked just fine for Facebook and more than 5,000 photos were downloaded.

 

On Flickr I have 1,700 photos.  It downloaded just 15 and of those 15, 13 were images that said "photo not available."  The user manual barely mentions Flickr and I can't find any configuration options for this.  Any suggestions?

I'd like to suggest you uninstall the software, then reboot the computer, then download the newest version and install it.

I've only had the drive for about a week and I installed the latest version when I set it up.  Just checked via the app 2.0.36.0.

I am sorry, your best bet at this point is to contact Customer Service directly whether by phone, email, or chat.
