this disk will disappear after the system boot.

but it happened random.

and the read&write speed is so slow.

i want to update the firmware ,but it tell me the model is not match

the accident is same with the other 7200.11. Why?

my s/n is:9SZ05JMM

See the sticky posts at the top of this board for firmware questions.

If the serial number checker tool says there's no firmware update, there's no firmware update and the problem is from some other source.

And as far as I understand the firmware issue, this is not a firmware problem.

What is the power supply you're using?  What are the other devices in your computer?
Run SeaTools for DOS on the drive and let us know the results, please.
