APM causing inconsistent data on RAID10 with ST2000DM001

Hi

 

I've got a RAID10 setup with 4x ST2000DM001 Barracuda drives on a Highpoint RocketRAID 640 controller.

 

Nearly every time RAID Verification Process ran it would detect inconsistent data and start rebuilding.

After a couple of weeks of debugging the issue, I discovered that disabling the disks APM  feature keeps the data in a consistent state.

 

I'm using Hard Disk Sentinel to disable APM on startup, unfortunately by the time Windows has started and HD Sentinel runs, the data is inconsistent again.

 

Is there a way to disable APM using Firmware?
