I RMA'd 3 drives last week and paid ahead to get them turned around in 2 days. Unfortunately one of those drives failed when I tried to use it to rebuild my array. So I pulled it and ran the SeaTools short-test it gave me a failure code.
What happens now, am I expected to continually paying another $10 to RMA the same drive I *just* got back?

I did call this morning and was able to get 2 drives RMA'd (at no cost) with (what I was told would be) new drives - so that I am happy with. With 7 drives dead in 6mo - and several of those being "recertified" drives - I am happy that Seagate is starting to take notice and make good on them.
