That used to fix it, but now it's full-time borked. If I let it sit for a few minutes/hours, it'll show up only if hot-swapped, but will drop out after only a few seconds. I guess for a cold boot, it doesn't last long enough to make it to the BIOS drive scan.

Can you please give let me know on how to access this video. It seems that the video is private.
The issue I am having is that immediatly after flashing to CC49, the drive makes a clicking noise a couple of times during the computer startup, and then is dead and unrecognizable by the BIOS.
Trying to install the disk in an external USB enclosure, does not make the drive visible either.
My drive is an ST3750528AS.
