You want at least a 350w one, and a good brand, 350w no name psu will be almost as bad as the one you have now, so don't waste your money.

Look for OCZ,Antec,Corsair,Seasonic branded ones.

There's no issues with using a converter, it simple makes one interface fit another, I did say that two posts ago if you notice.

Yes you can use that, but it might not do it as well as a low level, iirc Seatools DOS has this function, so it would be best if you did it through that, but by all means use the HDDpro one, it won't do any harm to the drive, let me know how it goes, and thx for the K's

Its is surprising me

i'd ran Gison's spinrite utility software,usualy it reallocate the bad sector but i think there was no any bad sector thats why it corrects the Smart data.

But one thing to worry id reported uncorrectable errors.

It's saying a cable error, this is what I was telling you earlier, it could be the sata cable, but it could also be the psu lead to the drive, a PC is a very sensitive machine, if you put cheap petrol in it, it will misfire and that's why I think you are getting the warnings, your temps are rather high as well, mine never get much past 18 and as I type it's only 13 degrees.
