I'm looking for a donor drive for a Barracuda 7200.9 250 Gb. I have been looking for ages and can't seem to find one. I'm replacing the heads as they have failed.

I don't think you'll have any luck here buddy, ppl come here when they have a problem rather than to buy and exchange, all I can suggest is try eBay or simply type the model and for sale into google and see what comes up, all the best.
