Brand new ST3750330AS has less sectors, than it should

Hello, i recently bought two Seagate HDD ST3750330AS. After i install them and run diagnostic software, i seen very strange value of End LBA. One disk have normal value - 1465149168, and second - 1465147055. According to Seagate web site: Guaranteed Sectors 1,465,149,168 So my new hard drive has defective surface, and was "remapped" at factory? What should i do? Should i exchange it? According to smart it brand new: Reallocated sector count = 0 Power-on time = 0
