 There are some reporting 3 weeks and still no e-mails from Seagate. You need to call Seagate, don't bother

with chat either.

Ha-Ha!Off course I had some strange conversation with the support desk. Strange because the answer was: "let's wait".I can't wait and I want my data back - it's two 1.5 and one 1.0 = 4.0 TERABYTES!!
