Changing drive orientation

I've got a 120GB seagate harddrive that I've been using now for a couple of years. I'm going to get a new case soon that will require the hard drive to be in a vertical orientation for the best air flow.

Can changing the orientation from horizontal to vertical after several years of use cause any problems?
