Computer Slowdown, Maybe HD

I have a seagate 400gb (ST3400633A) and before it has made a squeaking noise and used to freeze in windows and sometimes when I started up the PC, it didn't recognize the HD . It doesn't do that anymore, but Now, a month later, for a week straight, its is completely slow, I can't download with bittorrent anymore, It used to take seconds to startup windows, now it takes a couple of minutes, and everything I do in Windows is just slowed down.

I ran seatools and it has passed the short and long test. But, my computer is still slow, and I still think it is the HD.

I need HELP!!!!, please help me figure out whats wrong.

Hi,
 
Unfortunately the drive would have little to do with bit torrent.
 
Since Seatools found no issue then it would not be an issue with the hardware.
 
If the OS appears slow you might check for spyware or reinstall the operating system.
