Seagate sold used drive to me. It got repair with in 6 months. They took my HardDisk, Repaired it, and changed case to white one(previously it was BALCK.). Anyway, what happens next time??? may be with RED CASE??? But they promised NEW HARD DISK???Cool. ALL INDIANS beware of American Service in INDIA. Its nothing but cheating.

I think you'll find policy is to refurb rma drives and send them back out as replacement's, you don't get the original drive back unless it's been in for data recovery, you should however get the same capacity and model line drive back.
