HELP Using Existing Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 from Old to New Build

Purchased ST3400632A Barracuda 7200.8 400 GB 90days ago for replacing old Maxtor in existing PC. Worked like a charm. Here is my issue:
 
Building new PC and tried to use new 7200.8 (as is) using repair function in XP Pro. Did not work and went to reinstall XP Pro as a cxlean intsall. (Already moved/backed-up data).
Partition being detected by XP is only 131 GB on 400 GB drive. I deleted partition and it still only recognizes 131 GB.
 
What can I do to start over on this Seagate drive? The new PC build posts and boots from DVD/CD Rom.

go ahead and install as normal, update to SP2, and the rest of the space should be available.
