How can I contact Seagate?

I have two Barracuda drives, who is both dead!

So I tryed to create a support case, but when I tryed to "continue" I get a message, that I can try to search again in the knowledge base, or contact a supporter!

And in the weekend there is no support :-)

So.....what do I do to contact Seagate, is there another mail I can use?

It seems to me, that Seagate do everything they can, to make it hard to contact them.

Can anyone help me?

Re: How can I contact Seagate?

You were doing what you needed to do if you think it is necessary to contact Seagate.

Go back and do it again - you need to read the instructions more carefully to get to the email submission form.

Re: How can I contact Seagate?

So....you dont think that I need to contact Seagate, because I have two Barracuda drives , who dont work anymore?

The warranty site is also "fantastic"

The site think, that I have no warranty at all, but of course.............they are both 1½ years old :-)

Thanks to the moderator AlanM...................I now know, that my future drives will not be from Seagate!!!

?  I am afraid you misunderstood me.  I did not say anything like "You do not need to contact Seagate".
