Is my 1T 7200.11 affected?

Model: ST31000340AS, Serial: 9QJ2D3SD, Firmware: SD15

 

desperate to know the answer.

 

is it is affected, please send me a update to my email. i want to update as soon as possible because this harddisk have a lot of family photo. i cannot affort to lost the data.

According to the list ST31000340AS is affected.  You should backup all your data now, and just await and send a email or call Seagate for further instructions as they are they only people that can direct you a firmware fix.
