Is this drive affected? 1.5TB ST31500341AS CC1G firmware

Got a new drive last week, it's a 1.5TB seagate 7200.11 Model no.ST31500341AS made in Thailand firmware CC1G.

I have in installed and it seems to be working fne so far, does it have the firmware problem?

Anyone have the same with same firmware and had any problems?

They have anounced a new firmware for the 1.5 TB as well, but it hasn't been released yet. See http://seagate.custkb.com/seagate/crm/selfservice/search.jsp?DocId=207957

Thx for the link, it says that drives with CC and CL should not be updated.

So i take it they aren't affected.
