Seems to be working.
my cpu is a bit crappy 1.8GHz so might not be best result.

no corruption as yet has been running MX1A for about an hour and half.
check my next post if you have nforce sata + win vista

The results are in.
MX1A is definitely working.

Compared with a couple days ago.

Nothing different apart from 1 bad block that is now not there.
But this is plugged into my nforce controller. Within 20 minutes using MX15 the drive would have at least 20% bad blocks.
Those bad blocks that are there now can be fixed with a reformat.

arg i have the same problem as you :/
it's a brand new hdd ... just 40 power on
3 bad block (with hd tune...)
what can we do ? return to rma ? is there a solution to fix this problem with a software?

Just try to format the drive after you flashed it.
Hopefully the bad blocks will be gone.

I reformated my hdd with this tool

and after there is no more bad cluster. nothing after 5 test hdd with hd tune pro.
But the problem is the smart report , my new hdd is at middle of life in the smart diag.
there is no solution to reset this parameter ?
