I got this new 1tb hard drive(} put it in today and it seems to make an Oscillating hum. it makes a loud hum that then gets soft, then goes back to loud. this cycle (that is about 3 seconds long) repeats its self over and.... if it made a solid hum i would think it was normal, but this???
NOTE:having just watched this on my laptop i realized if you dont have normal speakers,
or if your speakers dont have enough bass you might not be able to hear it.
(your going to have to turn up the sound real high to hear it)
So should i take it back or is this normal?
