I download ISO file, for ST3500320AS firmwre upgrade, to replace SD15 on the HDD I just bought.
Can not make it bootable on my CD, Waste my blanks.
Phoned the service number, stand by for 2 hours since 6 am till 8 am, still no answer.
and redial, telephone automatic answer system is out of order,
What kind of business is this?
