SD11 Not supported update! Why?

Help me please. i have a Seagate ST3320613AS (s/n 9SZ039PA) who ceased to work. I see HDD in BIOS but his size = 0 Mb.

I has tried update firmware ( using link http://seagate.custkb.com/seagate/crm/selfservice/search.jsp?DocId=207957&Hilite= ). But downloaded firmware supported only rev. SD2x.

Please, take me a link with firmware to repair my SD11 or prompt me decision. I hope to rescue my data.

P.S. Excuse me for mistakes in english - I'm ukrainian.

I can find a good support in my town and region. Our services offer only change this device but I need backup my data.

Help me update my firmware in home conditions.
