I connected to chat, the told me no firmware is giving out over chat...that I must mail a request to disksupport@seagate.com. I'm attempting to call...been on hold for 45 so far...not sure how much longer I'll hold....this is crazy. My drives are only 6 days old...I'm thinking of returning to BB.
