Hi, who is "them".  I would like to get an update for two of my drives because they are behaving in a way that I think is not normal.  Is there a phone number or email address that you recommend using in order to have a firmware update sent to you?

Contact Seagate Tech Support for firmware issues.  No one else will have access to that kind of thing.
