Seagate Baracuda XT 7200.12 3TB not regognized as 6GB device with Firmware CC43 - CC45 it works!?

Hi

i have two of those discs one with firmware CC43, one with CC45. The marvel raid controler regognizes the one with CC43 only as 3Gb/s!

The one with CC45 is recognized with 6 GB/s. But there is no official update in the customerbase!

Does anybody know how and where i get the upgrade to CC45?
