Ha, yeah right! It would have helped tremendously, but no. Seagate for some reason is too unorganized and unprofessional to make things as easy as keeping all of their newest Firmwares on hand for those in need. Yeah, they have access to older firmware versions, but if you screw yourself out of the SD15 firmware, you're pretty much outta luck. You have to go through the RMA Process if you can get it.
They need some serious work in their Customer Support department in terms of having their stuff together and up-to-date, in my opinion.
