Name - Samsung
Version - WA100-34

Size - 80 GB
What i was doing and my Problem-
I was just formatting my HDD because i got some serious problem. window was not booting. it was saying Ctrl+Alt+Del . So i planned i will format my HDD. everything going very smooth I inserted windows xp sp2 and i followed this instruction which was required for formating a window. ok at last i got the Partition window( i am attaching 1st file screen short watch there). when i press D for deliting the partition it hanged for sometime and it showed me an error " Setup can not access this disk" ( watch screenshot 2nd). after this window when i press Enter or anything it gives me another error (see screenshot 3rd) .
After this problem what i did for solving this problem -
1. I restart my computer and again i run my windows xp sp2 cd for formating. This time i am not getting see my partition.i am watching there error (screeenshot2).
2. After litle googling i found Gparted so i booted this cd. Gparted taking lots of time for scanning all device but finally it was finish. during the scan i got an error in a dialoge box " Input/output error during read on /dev/sda" i bypass it simplly click on ignore. there was three option in this dialoge box Retry" "Cancel" and "ignore" so i clicked on ignore. and after some time scanning finished and i got 75 GB unllocated HDD in Gparted window ( see screenshot 4). i was happy that i did it but no bro it was not... when i click on create new partition i got an error create a pratition table before creating partition. so as there is a option for creating partition table. i clicked on create partition table i gave partition type MSDOs ( becoz i am running windows). and click on "Apply". IT hanged for sometime and again scanning start 
i was again waiting but nothing happend after sometime the scanning window automatically closed and i got nothing. well i again inserted xp cd and tried to format but nothing same error.
3. Kill Disk - I tried Kill Disk i killed my disk but got nothing same error
4. Mini partition - This tool is showing as 75GB HDD as bad disk and no other options are highlighted in this tools so i am unable to do anything with this tool.
5. I tried fdisk command chkdsk etc....
Additional - InitDisk error reading partition table drive 00 sector 0
