St3000Dm001 14 days old and Death

Hello,
I have a big problem today is dead st3000dm001 disc.
He has no 14 days and never went from 45 C Temp. This may not be possible.
3 Tb of data lost. I have a hard time collecting these data, and now what I can do?.
The truth I can not believe, from the start this story with funny noise and firmware updates I got a bad sensation. Took 30 years in working with hard drives and have never seen so problematic with a class of hard drives like this series, Gotta give a solution immediately because the name of "Seagate" will be down on the floor.

This can only be understood as a failure of production and it will always have doubts whether my data are secure.
Among other things I have old family videos that are unrecoverable if lost and therefore the degree to multiple disks, but this can not be a normal thing. The users and businesses have that comfortable with the data they have on Seagate disks and you can not escape responsibility by saying that we need to do backups. How many backups? That means that every time I buy a seagate drive I have to buy another drive from another brand to make a backup? Where is the assurance that you speak in you Website and commercials?????.

I  hope that your response is valid and help me. Not only supply me a RMA number and say "send the drive to Seagate". It is the third Disk that shipping and all that you sent me had the same problem. The last two that you purchase has CC9E firmware and still have the same problem!!

Do something, but do it now!!
