Using the XT 3TB in a NAS box?

I purchased 2 of the XT 3TB drives and have installed them in a D-Link NAS 320 box where I will use them to backup my files from 2 computers on the network, store all my videos, music and pictures. I will also use this box to access some folders from the internet. On my main computer I am still running Vista Ultimate as the operating system, but after I get this NAS box up and running, I will back up all the files (about 1TB) and install Windows 7 Professional.

Is there a step by step tutorial on how to set up these disc's as network backup drives? I want to partition the disc's as 3 separate drives, approximately 1TB each, securing 2 of them so they cannot be accessed by anyone outside of my little network. All of the tutorials I have seen here are about setting the drives up internally or at least connected to the computer via eSATA cable.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

I already downloaded and installed DiscWizard and formatted the drives. Please see the following post for the result.

That will normally be you don't have the Intel RST driver loaded on C: if your rig is an Intel based one.

Or

The Nas doesn't support a 3TB, you could try the Nas support site and see what capacity it supports and if there is a fix should it be limited.

Look into formatting it GPT as well, especially if it's going to be a slave broken into 3 sections.

I will look into formatting the drive as a GPT drive and let you know how it goes. Actually the D-Link DNS 320 box supports unlimited drive sizes.
