What to do when int HDD beeping and not seen on HDD repair software tools ?

Hi everyone,

 

i have a Diamonf Max Plus 9 internal sata hdd

it sounds when i switch it on (beeps).

(i'm french, sorry for bad english)

when i launch repairing tools like seatools or floppy boot this maxtor hdd isn't seen.

 

do i have to buy another hdd ?

 

does maxtor/seagate charges much for out of warranty support ?
