I just flashed my 500Gig ST3500320AS that had the SD15 firmware. Now my hard drive is completely useless. Help me!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want to be able to access my data, I don't care if the drive slows down every now then!

There is no SD15 available to download currently. Some users who contacted phone support today were told that Seagate is preparing and testing a new firmware that may fix the problem with non-functional drives after the SD1A update. Keep an eye on this forum and hope for the best like the rest of us who had drives fail after the firmware update.
Edit: in the mean time you should open a ticket via the "contact support" link and give them all the details of your situation: drive model, previous firmware, etc. You probably won't get a response right away but it lets support know the scope of the problem and possibly gives them data to go by to determine which drives are failing and which are not.

I know it's little consolation, but everyone who installed the SD1A update on the ST3500320AS is in the same boat. I think their support system is swamped at the moment. I haven't received a reply to the e-mail I sent two days ago either. All we can do for now is wait and hope Seagate releases a fix soon that will restore functionality.
The good news (possibly) is that IF your drive is still detected by your motherboard bios is should be possible to flash a working firmware once it's released. A few people have been able to revert to an old firmware and their data was still intact. I wouldn't recommend this method since it doesn't work with all drives and could have unintended effects.
The new fix should be out soon. I'm not sure if Seagate will post it for download or send it to those who request it. If the latter is the case, make sure the e-mail you sent lays out your problem in detail and that you need the new update to get it working again.

you're Wasting Your Time to expect any help for this mess. you only hope is if and when a working firmware will be released to flash it and pray that it'll revive your driver.
A lot of things are not working inside, maybe the workers are not so secure about your jobs that they've no great incentive to work for the company.
Fist a corrupted ISO, after a corrupted firmware, this is not a oversight...
Otherwise a new KB was out with a interim fix oe at least an acknoledgment of the probem.
I'm sure that a reflash to SD15 firmware will revive the driver, because the HD accept a new reflash and the falsh is apply because I've tried to flash back to AD14, and the driver report AD14 after.
the email is no-existent. The mail is going directly in the trash-bin.
