For the past two years, I have always operated with a hard drive 500GB (actual 440.98 - see attached), then with a blink of an eye, I have only 202GB (see 2nd attachment). I have run Easeus Partition Recovery and Easeus Partition Master and it still shows a lot of unused capacity. I had to backup my file sand put them onto an external; backup system I have just to give me some space (see 3rd attachment & 4th attachments). What do I do?
