is there anyone can help me...??

Dear All member this forum and CSO of SEAGATE

I have a problem with my internal Hard Drives, it use to be internal Hard Drives, but i made it for external Hard Drives because i can't use it for internal Hard Drives to My PC, somethings wrong with my Hard Drives, and then i buy a cable just like a cable bridge from SATA to USB, it works.

One day my child drop the Hard Drives then something wrong again with my Hard Drives, my PC can't detected my Hard Drives, i herad the sound from my Hard Drives just like a pen fallin to the floor, then i grab the Hard Drives there's also magnetic from inside the Hard Drives.

How can i safe my work data inside the Hard Drives, is it i must bring the Hard Drives to the Services Support in my country ?

Pleasseee...i need the answer soon as posible...

If the drive was dropped whilst it was spinning, then it may have suffered a head crash, which means that there will most likely be media damage, or head damage, or both. Very often the spindle motor bearing is seized. :-(

Here are some sound samples from failed drives:
